Job Description

• Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including interface language, product and  education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, video, animation, ads and other content
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketing, engineers and ops to serve our audience
• Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards, and evolve Jibble Group's tone of voice
• Promote content strategy at Jibble Group and mentor other team members on writing, especially for user experience
• Recommend and implement new strategies for communicating product-related information to users
• Strategize and execute content strategies with a focus on demand generation
• Hire and manage a team of freelance content writers

Job Requirements

• A motivated and self-driven individual with experience in content marketing, web strategy and content creation (written, visual and video is a plus)
• Someone that understands the user journey, what a (potential) customer wants / needs to see to be successful
• At least 3+ years working with content for web or mobile experiences
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. MA degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and and a high attention to detail
• Written and oral fluency in English is required
