Job Description

• Dealing with all aspects of commercial client communication and undertaking all actions and follow up. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure the business consistently delivers the highest possible service to clients.
• Demonstrating a high-level understanding of client expectations and ensuring that these are in line with the technical requirements of ongoing projects. Liaising with Project Manager to work on client delivery as well as upcoming opportunities.
• Liaise with clients on an everyday basis, be it over the telephone or meeting in person.
• Handle all aspects of paperwork, proposals and follow-ups in daily job tasks.
• Take brief, notes and feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Effectively present agency’s work to clients and sell ideas / concepts.
• Help develop, implement and improve work processes to increase work efficiency.
• Deal with media and other third parties such as printers, media owners, event suppliers and colour separators.
• Handle various aspects of event management. 
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors / management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must process at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) : Other skill are added advantage, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Damansara Perdana.
• Willing to travel for business related in Klang Valley, outstation or overseas when appointed by superior / management.
