Job Description

• Lead digital campaign strategy and planning, from ideation to execution - together with the digital team and other departments
• To monitor and measure the impacts on digital marketing campaigns and web analytic throughout each campaign and conduct post-moterm on the success fullness of the business
• To be hands-on monitoring the digital analytics, insights and trends using state-of-the-art digital and analytic tools
• To plan, drive and oversee all customer marketing initiative and implementation for the business
• Manage and supervise add digital ad buying activities for internal and customers campaigns
• To develop and build the departments in a start-up manner and contribute to out of the box ideas
• Drive exponential growth by optimising resources with creative approach and strategies
• Improve business with data driven strategies and well designed funnels.
• Increase customer life-time value with valuable input to the business unit

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of Marketing, Communication, Branding, Advertising experience
• Passionate about the start-up space and have a solid technical fundamentals of digital marketing (SEM,SEO, Digital Channels)
• Must be analytic and data driven to assess the performance and improve customer segmentation
• Preferably Managers specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
