Job Description

• Responsible for PO,DO, liaise with vendor’s quotation and administration tasks.
• Handle requests for purchases.
• Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Track purchases from order placement until it arrives at company’s warehouse.
• Verify package meets all customer specifications and customer is satisfied.
• Match purchase order with shipment.
• Verify billed amount with goods received.
• Handle purchase invoices and forward to accounting department.
• Keep track of inventory - Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels
• Prepare inventory transfer forms.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
3. Candidates conversant in Mandarin will be added as an advantage
4. Full time position (Preferably female)
