Responsibilities:
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising.

• Measure and report performance of the digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Curate and publish content (photos/videos) that builds meaningful connections with the company’s audiences online. 

• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

• Replying and solving customers’ inquiries online and enhancing the relationship with the company’s audiences online.

• Assist in stock counting. 

Required Skills:
• Adequate knowledge and skills in photo and video editing.

• Adequate knowledge in setting up marketing campaigns (eg. facebook ads manager).

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools. 

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Excellent in writing and communication skills.

• Multilingual is preferable. 

• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi-tasking ability.
