About The Job

  • Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
  • Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
  • Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
  • Sourcing and qualifying contractors and direct negotiation with carriers for competitive pricing
  • Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
  • Attend to all clients’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
  • Responsive to internal and external customers’ call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
  • Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Mandarin Speaking required
  2. Minimum 1 -2 years experience in freight forwarding 
  3. Proficiency in MS office
  4. Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes
  5. Able to work in fast paced environment with high stress tolerance
