Job Description

• Responsible to manage e-commerce platform including create , edit and upload product photography and descriptions; and remove discontinued items in a timely manner
• Managing daily operation of the website and make sure it functional well including updating sales promotion, banners and campaign.
• Responsible to prepare quotation, invoice, claims and contract accordingly
• Develop marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Mailchimp, Google Claims, etc., identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the traffic and store performance
• Well- verse in day to day Lazada Operation (including template use, promo list, campaign and generate sales report
• Responsible for creating Facebook ads and monitor it after being posted
• Design banner for campaign sales and ensure all price reflect accordingly
• Maintain and checking content is accurate product catalog (pricing, copywriting, imagery, etc) on all E-Commerce platforms
• Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaign (promo codes, gift with purchase, product bundling, online campaigns, etc) across all platform
• Liaise with Brand & Merchandising Manager in establishing promotions and activities such as of display, inventory and prepare sales target for e commerce platforms.
• Proficient in preparing report analysis which includes the usage of PowerBI, Converter, and SAP system
• Monitoring and reporting for all online sales and activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related field;
• Excellent command of English with good writing skills;
• 2- 3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations is an added advantage;
• Highly self-motivated, attention to details and passionate in fashion;
• Able to work efficiently and effectively under fast paced environment and tight datelines;
• Applicants must be willing to work in a mobile environment;
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
