Job Description

  • Full spectrum of staff training – source for and liaise with external trainers, venue bookings, logistic arrangements etc.
  • Prepare annual training calendar, maintain proper staff training records and budgets
  • Prepare training reports and analysis
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal departments on recruitment needs
  • Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers
  • Conduct employee screening
  • Prepare recruitment reports
  • Coordinate and organise corporate events, annual dinners, convention trips etc.
  • In-charge of application/renewal/cancellation of corporate cards and fuel cards
  • Other general HR/Admin duties

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality and friendly disposition
