About The Job

Join us in this role where you’ll work with technical support while developing even further after your graduation. You’ll work in our international IT department, have a mentor and be part of the Young IT Professionals Programme. Within the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in your IT area of interest. 
The Young IT ProfessionalsProgramme 
We want to create a strong pipeline of talented and ambitious young employees and ensure a more diverse IT talent pipeline for the future. The Young IT Professional Programme is an 18-month programme with two rotations and an individual development plan tailored to you. When the programme ends, you’ll be offered a permanent position in our IT organisation. 
You’ll start in Services Operations that counts more than 700 skilled and dedicated colleagues, working closely together with the different business units across Northern Europe, USA and Asia. You’ll be responsible for providing first and second level technical support and guidance to users. Thereafter, you’ll rotate to a different role within Infrastructure Management & Service Operationsbased on your preference.  
You’ll play an important role in:  
  • providing phone support concerning IT infrastructure and applications  
  • solving first and secondlevel incidents and service requests  
  • ensuring that calls are recorded, solutions are communicated, and tasks are closed  
  • ensuring that calls not solved by Service Desk are forwarded to the correct groups  
  • advising, supporting and inspiring users in their daily use of our IT systems. 

Job Requirements

 Your competencies include that you: 
  • have an IT bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • have good knowledge of Windows 8/10, MS AD, Office 2016, Office 365 and Citrix/VPN 
  • speak and write English fluently 
  • preferably have knowledge of ITIL 
  • preferably speak and write Mandarin.

Join us as an IT professional and you will work closely with the business units in Denmark and Northern Europe to create and support pioneering IT solutions. We use a wide variety of tools from Sharepoint, .Net, GIS and SAP and we have collaborated on the integration of UNIX, Workplace Operations, Service Operations, Application Operation Support, and EPIC. Our Smart Grid department collects and analyses data to troubleshoot issues on our wind turbines.
