Job Description

Your key tasks will be to 
  • administrate IT invoices and billings with the vendor 
  • maintain vendor communication 
  • troubleshoot invoices
  • facilitate IT Purchase Order Administration 
  • reporting and documentation 

In addition, you will be exposed to broad IT technologies that you can explore, and you will be working within normal business hours.

Internship duration: 6 months 

Job Requirements

Your competences include that you 
  • are currently or finished studying a relevant degree in IT 
  • have strong numerical skills and have worked with Excel during your studies 
  • enjoy learning completely new topics outside of your experience and comfort zone 
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your tasks
  • have strong presentation skills and have work extensively using PowerPoint. 
 
Moreover, you speak and write English fluently.
