Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Pre C360 Go-Live Task
  • Site survey and create report.
  • Staging of machines (whenever required).
  • Installation.
  • Training of customer.
  • Cash drop test.
  • Support GO-LIVE.

Post C360 Go-Live Task
  • Preventive Maintenance.
  • Second Line Maintenance (24x7 for selected customers).
  • Relocation/Termination.

Other Projects and Responsibilities
  • Standby for C360 events.
  • Mass retrofit/inspection on install base.
  • Cassette and Lock related projects/tasks.
  • Any other initiatives directed by the company’s Management.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience related to local financial institutions is preferred for this position.
  • Experience of banking self-service terminals is an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

PERSONAL QUALITIES
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good command in English is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO ATTEND INTERVIEW AND TRAINING IN SELANGOR.
