Job Description

To gather, organise, and analyse data sets to generate insights to improve the company culture and performance.

You will be tasked with;

Identifying the data required with supporting hypotheses;
Selecting most practical method to efficiently extract data;
Analyzing data to formulate insights to prove / disprove hypotheses
Presenting insights along with high level actions steps to management;
Identifying follow up action plans based on analysis outcomes;

Job Requirements

Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets along with other Microsoft Office and Google applications;
Comfortable performing calculations with large data;
Good communication skills both in speaking and writing;
High attention to detail;
Problem solving mindset / attitude;
