Responsibilities:

To be the main person in charge of planning and strategizing the overall marketing directions for the projects given.
To be in charge of preparing the sales forecast, marketing plan, profit cost analysis, product planning, strategy, pricing, and market survey before the official launching of the new product into the market.
To come up with creative ideas on how to push out the projects to the public and the right target audience.
To plan and liaise with consultants and project team on the new projects development inclusive vetting through all proposed plans and drawings.
To plan and liaise with interior designers on the new show house and/or sales gallery inclusive vetting through all proposed plans and drawings.
To monitor the overall project health from time to time and make sure that all marketing initiatives for the projects have been carried out.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or in Marketing, Media, Communications or the Arts or any equivalent/related field
1 to 2 years of relevant experience ideal - Able to read, write and converse in BM & English
Must possess own transport
Digital marketing experience is a plus
