Job Description

As a Myra Sales Manager, it is your job to help lead a team that is great with customers, making it an easy & exciting journey to attaining their dream home!

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and coach your sales team towards meeting sales targets.
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Develop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers and customers.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve overall sales targets and to advise on product & pricing development strategies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluency in Mandarin would be a plus!
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Continuously manage and monitor sales team performance.
To analyse and provide important feedback of market trends, competitors packages and industry news.
To have at least 3 years experience as a team leader or sales manager in property development/ real estate.
Ability to forecast accurately monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Good understanding of sales techniques and pricing strategies.
Proficiency in SalesForce CRM would be ideal.
Self motivated, positive, and ability to deliver results even when the going gets tough.
