Job Responsibilities

Attend to all forms of sales enquiries
Able to analyse and provide important feedback on market trends and competitors packages
Competence in calculating loan eligibilities.
Good understanding of sales techniques
Customer service oriented and maintain a good relationship with customers to increase referral sales.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver result even the going gets tough.
To have at least 2 years of relevant experience in property sales/ property developer or real estate industry
Must be able to work 6 days a week
Must have own transport
Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate or Equivalent
Comfortable being based in Salak Tinggi, Puncak Alam or Sepang
