Job Description

Perform collections of maintenance and sinking fund is collected for each quarter by sending repeated requests/reminders and enforcing an interest charge to customers.
To ensure all responses/inquiries/issues are responded to within the stipulated SLA
Manage upkeep of project surroundings/common areas
To advise or set up Joint Management Body/Management Committee for respective projects
To be the primary liaison between the organization and the JMB/Residential Association
To help Joint Management Body/Residential Association with authority procedures/applications
Attend/file tribunal cases related to collections/property management
Establish JMB, liaise with COB/authorities on JMB related matters
Well versed with Akta Strata & relevant development/building maintenance laws

Job Requirements

Required skill(s): Exceptional Customer Service Delivery, Building Defects Management, Empathetic, Detail Oriented, Property Management
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi
Well experienced in Property Management, Joint Management Body, Management Corporation, Strata Act/any laws pertaining to property management, Tribunal hearings
2 Full-Time position(s) available
Must possess own transport
Able to multitask, handle tight deadlines & work pressure
Familiar with SLA. liaising with JMB, knowledgeable on Akta Strata
