Job Description

  • To work with to fill in all job vacancies in a timely manner;
  • To identify challenges and areas of inefficiencies in current processes and SOPs;
  • To maintain an updated employee database for easy reference;
  • To assist in the development of organisational guidelines and procedures;
  • To implement strategies and initiatives to boost employee performance and team morale;

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree in any related field. 
  2. Experience with recruitment processes and databases;
  3. Good communication skills both in speaking and writing;
  4. A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  5. Problem solving mindset / attitude;
