About The Job

  • To ensure all data updated by CS reps on sheets are accurate and up-to-date
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the SLA and follow up to ensure resolution via email (2 hours) & whatsapp (24 hours).
  • Overseeing the work of every employee in your team.
  • Escalate customer issue’s/concern to proper level of attention and resources.
  • To identify and solve issues in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring all defect rectification status done by internal team within the SLA
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately filled in and uploaded into respective system

Job Requirements

  • Good product knowledge/ keeping themselves updated on the latest projects
  • Addressing and resolving questions from team members
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer details and all communication is correctly recorded on respective systems
