Job Description

  • Attend to all enquiries from multiple channels and ensure correct information is provided to all customers
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry and receipt issuing.
  • Monitor and effectively maintain customer contact from the first point of contact until the end.
  • Maintain database of FAQ’s based on daily questions asked.
  • Ensure that all information/updates are followed up and updated accordingly in the provided system within the stipulated SLA

Job Requirements

  1. Preferably 2 years of Customer Service/Corporate Communications background
  2. Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  4. Advanced analytical, problem-solving & negotiation skills
  5. Tech-Savvy & Familiar with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
