Job Description

  •  Designs and implements systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer interaction data to produce metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify customer needs in the buying process and help the organization to make more informed decisions, and deliver more successful outcomes.
  • Perform key handover for completed projects.
  • You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers and owners through our communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time. 


Job Requirements


  • Preferably 2 years of Customer Experience/Event Management/Marketing/Corporate Communications/Customer Service background
  • It'll be a plus point if you've worked with a developer before
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  •  Able to explain difficult processes with ease and accuracy. 
  •  Able to perform qualitative market research/Q&A with customers to find out more details and pass it off to CX Creative team
  • Personality Traits- Approachable vibe, interesting, articulate, detailed- oriented, take initiative, observant, fun and charismatic.
  • Service Oriented
  • Comfortable being based in either in Puncak Alam, Puchong, & Salak Tinggi
  • Own Transport
