Job Description

• Reporting to the project manager/management, the PIC has to be technically oriented (knowledgeable) on the project details, processes and most importantly: ensuring that project schedules & budgets are met on time, profitable and in compliance to company’s Quality standards
• Organise Project logistics, project schedules, technical submissions, budgets, safety compliance, issues request for quotations from vendors and follow up with Purchase Orders
• To attend and participate in site, department, contractor’s meeting internally & externally
• Plan and scheduling of internal project progress meetings
• Interface with clients, act as a point of contact to answering and updating Client enquiries including internal participants    
• Maintains a detail list of documents and tracks timely project milestones/update progress reports and documentation of important documents such as Master Project Schedule/DOs (product deliveries/installations checklists)/ endorsed Handover list / Sales Invoices/ Plotted Layout to clients
• Highlight and address potential issues
• Tracks project expenses and coordinate with Finance on project P&L as against original budget plan
• Liaise with Customer Support Team on project sites warranty monitoring
• Any other task delegated

Job Requirements

1. Self-driven, highly motivated, results oriented, a leader 
2. Possess a Degree in Project Management / Construction / Electrical
3. Preferably with experience as Project Admin/Coordinator portfolio with a keen interest in technology
4. An efficient organiser with a keen eye for details
5. Good, effective communication skills (oral and written English)
6. Enjoys working independently with minimum supervision, self-discipline and dedication to work
7. Knowledge of project drawing software (Stardraw) including hands-on experience with flow charts and schedules will be add advantage 
8. Possess a valid driving license 
9. Willingness to travel outstation
10. Possess own car will be add advantage 
11. got project management experience (knowledgeable with Electrical)
12. will need to attend meeting on behalf of the boss 
13. can travel &  go outstation and site visit
