Job Description

• Reporting to the project manager/management, the PIC has to be technically oriented (knowledgeable) on the project details, processes and most importantly: ensuring that project schedules & budgets are met on time, profitable and in compliance to company’s Quality standards 
• Organise Project logistics, project schedules, technical submissions, budgets, safety compliance, issues request for quotations from vendors and follow up with Purchase Orders 
• Plan and scheduling of internal project progress meetings 
• Interface with clients, act as a point of contact to answering and updating Client enquiries including internal participants     
• Maintains a detail list of documents and Tracks timely project milestones/update progress reports and documentation of important documents such as Master Project Schedule/DOs( product deliveries/installations checklists)/ endorsed Handover list / invoices/plotted layout to clients 
• Highlight and address potential issues 
• Tracks project expenses and coordinate with Finance on project P&L as against original budget plan 
• Liaise with Customer Support Team on project sites warranty monitoring 
• To control stock, perform stock order and keep accurate inventory balances
• Any other task delegated

Job Requirements

• Self-driven, highly motivated, results oriented, a leader  
• Possess a Degree in any field 
• Preferably with experience as Project Admin/Coordinator portfolio with a keen interest in technology   
• Efficient organiser with a keen eye for details 
• Good, effective communication skills (oral and written English) 
• Enjoys working independently with minimum supervision, self-disciplined and dedication to work 
• Knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project) including hands-on experience with flow charts and schedules 
• Posses a valid driving licence
