Job Description
- Provide support for meetings and events through collecting RSVPs, sending out emails, fielding phone calls and answering general public questions
- Write and create documents such as reports, business letters, memos, presentations, and more
- Assist with mailings and print production
- Conduct effective internet research
- Assist with events and office management tasks
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff and external audiences
- Assist and facilitate other staff on individual projects as necessary.
Job Requirements
- CGPA: 3.00 and above
- Internship duration : 4 months and above
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management, International Business, Marketing & any equivalent courses.
- Required skill(s): Excel in Microsoft Office software, willing to learn new set of skills.
