Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the headhunting team.
• Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. 
• Format candidate's resume for proposals and ongoing project hiring. 
• Improve client's and candidate's experience and process efficiency.
• Ad hoc assignments will also be given.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• Good knowledge and skill in MS office, power point, etc.
• Creative, self-confidence and able to work on own initiative.
• Highly organized and able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to socialize well among all level of people.
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiasm, good in planning and fast learning.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all time.
• Pleasant personalities and able to work as team player.
• Good command of English.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
