Job Description

• Responsible for provide training conducted to new staff, system(salesforce), technical knowledge (Issues, Service Software, Service Tools, New Device, New Software), daily workflow.
• Responsible collect quality feedback done by inquire user regarding the issues, and provide the solutions.
• Ensure the system feedback by handling issues raise by after sales system(salesforce) user.
• Technical issues consultation, consult on abnormal technical issues and provide the maintenance procedure.
• Special case handling abnormal mobile phone issues, special warranty issues.  
• Technical specialization assessment by monthly technical exam, Technician SOP Assessment, Video call Test.
• Off-site (CCTV) and On-site checking front desk and technician’s regarding workflow, status of maintenance equipment, device software, and software tools.
• In charge of set up the anti static equipment and computer in the maintenance area.
• Constant communication with China HQ's standardization team to update the latest standardization knowledge.
• Receive latest standardization knowledge and localize it to Malaysia background such as service center image, service script, reception image and procedure.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Prefer candidate that able to read and write in Mandarin.
• Understanding of training methodologies and learning management system provide by HQ.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and supervisors.
• Good knowledge in machines and computer.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
