Job Description

• To do space arrangement and layout for new & existing store
• To coordinate new & existing store fit-up/upgrading works
• To monitor store renovation works at store
• To check installation and testing of equipment
• Ensure renovation is building up in good and proper technical
• Review the quality and quantity of the work completed to ensure that it meets the standards
• Manage POP/ POSM materials inventory
• Develop a detailed project plan to track daily/weekly progress
• To execute any ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Building Management/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design or any related field
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Merchandising or equivalent
• Clear understanding of project management/programming and layout
• Self-motivated and pro-active with clear drive to deliver
• Strong communication skills and must be able to deal with tenant, supplier, vendor and/ or contractors
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel and work when required
• Able to work in fast-paced working environment
