Job Description

• Responsible of spearheading, leading, planning and execute e-commerce marketing and campaign strategies.
• Manage all e-commerce activities in terms of traffic acquisition, sales conversion, a/b testing. 
• Monitor and keep an eye on current industry trends and conduct competition analytic from time to time. 
• Analyse and evaluate data for e-commerce campaign improvement and optimization. 
• Maintain good business relationship with e-commerce market places included Lazada, Shopee etc.
• Create content marketing for website and e-commerce market places included Lazada, Shopee etc to highlight available products. 
• Utilize and analyse e-commerce marketing tool effectively to deliver appropriate revenue accordance to the target plan.
• In charge of new product launch planning on e-commerce platforms
• Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce and sales reports.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.  
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• 3 years and above experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. 
• Proven experience and familiarity in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad analytical etc. 
• Had experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada’s back end operation and understand these platforms campaign mechanism. 
• Good in communication skill and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
