About The Job

Job Descriptions
  • Establish, expand and maintain positive business and client relationships with dealers. 
  • Receive and resolve complaints from clients and dealers. 
  • Lead, motivate and supervise sales executives to ensure that they achieve their monthly sales targets. 
  • Monitor and track long term sales data and utilize sales data to device tactical planning to generate sales revenue. 
  • Serve as a middle man between the sales team and upper management and provide sales support when needed. 
  • Manage sales and retail operations process to increase sales team productivity.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to gain insight for current market trends. 
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • 3 years and above experience in sales management. 
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or equivalent. 
  • Possess excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
