Job Description

• Assist in delivering a creative PR campaign focusing on Fashion,  Lifestyle and Entertainment sector.
• Measure and monitor communications, tactics and campaigns.
• Maintain close relationship with Editors in Fashion, Lifestyle and Entertainment section and Bloggers/Youtuber
• Prepare press releases, PR report and media coverage, monitor and in charge for media relations and corporate public relations and monitor public relations.
• Understanding the latest media trends and work efficiently and effectively on creating innovative and creative media pitch and tactics
• Assist in media buying, monitoring and campaign reporting when required (better to have some easy media monitoring tools).
• Devise and implement effective media solutions for the brand across all formats of media including TV, press, online
• Prepare regular contact reports, forecast and monitor revenues.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations/ Corporate Communication/ Advertising/ Media/ Branding/ Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in PR and relevant industries, specifically for Business (Newspaper/Business Website) is an advantage
• Passion for writing, strong grasp of English and exposed to editorial lifestyle writing (Written and spoken Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
• Interested in retail and urban lifestyle
• Unfazed by pressure and tight deadlines
• Team-oriented with proven job reliability, diligent, dedicated and attention to detail
• Mature, Meticulous, Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong and extensive media contact and relationship, especially for business and entertainment media.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards work.
• Preferably can start work immediately.
