About The Job

Job Descriptions:
● To provide live time support to customer online with positive, empathetic and professional attitude. 
● To acknowledge and resolve each customer inquiries and ensure all questions are well attended. 
● To learn to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care. 
● To perform cross-sales online to existing customers and sales calls to targeted potential customers.
● To ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers. 
● To prepare key performance reports.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
● Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 
● Minimum 1 year of experience in any Customer Service or related field.
● Any sale experience is an added advantage. 
● Able to prioritize customer inquiries and is detail oriented. 
● This role might require working during weekend, public holiday and in shifts in the future. 
● Able to work in fast-paced environment. 
● Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite. 
● Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
