Job Description

• Define access privileges, control structures and resources. 
• Perform operations and maintenance for messaging systems, applications, and their solutions across all networks and security domains. 
• Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments. 
• Manage and delegate server and network (speed control, IP Address setting, blocking unnecessary website i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) 
• Administer/support network configuration/hardware or software installation/maintenance or application and other IT infrastructure configuration. 
• Conduct regular system audits, ensure security of data, network access and backup system. 
• Defend systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction. 
• Provide IT support/troubleshooting for server/network operations, configuration and database administration.
• To implement backup and recovery of company's data and information. 
• Maintain company network infrastructure / equipment such as email / LAN / servers / computer / printer / DingTalk app / CCTV / door access system or any IT related peripherals. 
• Responsible to plan for routine preventive maintenance for all IT equipment. 
• Perform IT assets and inventory for hardware and software management. Able to source / recommend computer hardware/software purchase based on user requirement. 
• Responsible to maintain updated documentation/records of any changes in the IT-related procedures. 
• Manage all IT contractual agreements. Purchase and maintain licenses for Windows, Microsoft software, DingTalk, Alibaba mail. 
• Prepare yearly IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. 
• Responsible for undertaking other IT assignment / any other ad-hoc task or duties when assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in related field. 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin 
• Possess technical certifications such as MSCE/MCSA is added advantage.
• Proactive and able to work independently / teamwork / self-motivated / handle multiple assignments and good with time management. 
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems. 
• Proven leadership skills. 
• Strong creative and analytical thinking. 
• High flexibility and adaptability.
