About The Job

As front desk admin, you will be the first point of contact our company. 

Its duties included:

  • providing administrative support across the organization

  • welcome and greet guests upon arrival

  • answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. 

  • place order for front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

  • assist in planning upcoming events, arranging travel and accommodations. 

To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality and a people oriented attitude. An ideal candidate should also be resource and able to take charge when emergency arises. Furthermore, you should have excellent multitasking and organization skills to prioritize tasks. 

Job Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U in Business Studies / Administration / Management.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • No experience required.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferable can start work immediately.
  • Welcome fresh graduates to apply!
