Job Description

• Writing clear, compelling and creative copy for digital platforms, marketing scripts and community management (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Forum, CRM, E-Commerce etc.) 
• Develop and transform brand’s social voice, to an identity that is unique and interesting 
• Collaborate with Content Specialist and Designers to develop digital content and content calendar 
• Proofread and edit copies 
• In touch with current social media and entertainment trends 
• Objective settings and reporting of KPI 
• Manage and update social media FAQ 
• Ensure digital tone and presence is consistent with brand’s strategy 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media/Branding/Marketing/Mass  Communication/Literature or equivalent   
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in social media 
• Hands on experience in content management 
• Excellent in English copywriting skills 
• Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese copywriting skills are added advantages 
• Ability to deliver creative content (copy, image and vide) 
• Creative and knowledge in design are added advantages 
• Great team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision 
• Agility and pace are added advantages 
• Required language(s): English
