Job Description

• Analyse the planning output and performance achievement of digital marketing campaigns to deliver on KPI and company objectives.
• Providing data-driven insights to improve return on ad spend and to support sales divisions.
• Plan and support end-to-end performance for all the digital marketing activities (e.g. display, search, FB or other online ads spend). Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager & Google Adwords is a MUST.
• Monitor digital campaigns performance to ensure campaigns are optimized regularly and deliver outstanding campaign performance
• Provide relevant optimizations and recommendations for digital campaigns performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, e.g.: e-commerce, product and regional marketing team. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business or equivalent.
• Preferable 3-5 years experiences in a digital marketing & advertising position.
• Previous hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and other marketing tools it a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of online advertising landscape, key players, technologies and algorithms.
• Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions and make decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Flexible,initiative and multicultural.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu.
