Job Description

• To plan and deliver CRM strategies through mobile apps to retain existing customers and to increase app registration, 
• To be responsible in churning and analyzing data of key measurement for next business action.
• To maintain in-apps function and outlook at best condition from time-to-time.
• To work with other departments on data optimization (Digital, MI and other data sources). 
• To retain in-apps maintenance including banners, copywriting, contents and initiate for better results.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing or related field. 
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in CRM or mobile apps field.
3. Must possess basic knowledge of data analytics and have experience in mobile application maintenance. 
4. Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization and conflict resolution skills.
5. A cooperative team player with the ability to work independently. 
6. Able to work in fast-paced environment. 
7. Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite. 
8. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
