About The Job

  •  Develop and implement strategies that grow the customer base and drive sale & traffic, leveraging CRM, loyalty, and credit programs.
  • Manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of CRM and loyalty program in conjunction with business goals.
  • Provide analysis and budget of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own the life cycle triggered email and mobile push notification program. 
  • Instills focus on customer satisfaction and evaluate customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, systems and collaborative capabilities through loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing/product management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/CRM experience, including customer loyalty and direct marketing programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing and membership programs.
  • Independent, organized, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Combined with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
