Job Description

• Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, account payable, invoicing, data entry, etc
• Sorting, indexing & scanning of documents
• Manage daily invoices and claims
• Manage documents in accordance 
• Identify, document and deliver key business processes and procedures
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & reminder notices
• Open incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool, process invoices in the ERP system
• To assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre- U, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance/Accountancy/ Banking, or equivalent.  
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Possess good math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Preferably can start work immediately.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
