Job Description

Why does this position is crucial for us?
We are looking for a strategic account manager to 
  • Oversee the relationship of OPPO with our telco clients. 
  • Assist in maintaining on-going business and expanding smart-phone business clients via identifying their needs. 
  • Ensure sales quota, sales related goals and the team KPI are achieved.   

Job Requirements

An ideal candidate should have:
  • A diploma or bachelor in any field.
  • 3 to 5 years of key account or sales experience in Telecommunication Industry in Postpaid Device Planning or Device Marketing (and ranging), Channel Management, Sales Management or Business Development. 
  • High negotiation skill- able to convince and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and agreements for companies.
  • Sales management skill - comprehend corporate sales processes and updating activities into sales system.
  • Relationship management skill - comprehend complex account relationship development and management.
  • Analytical skill - comprehend telco competitive landscape and able to implement sales and marketing strategies. 
  • Personal trait: Positive, Collaborative, Assertive, Stress-resilience, Result-Oriented and Team Player. 
  • Fluent and Literate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
