Job Description

• Assist in processing online customer order (issue DO and Invoice)
• Act as platform backend assistance support.
• Stock management for online platform.
• Handling online customer calls and enquiries.
• Assist and support supervisor in preparing monthly report (data supporter)
• Provide monthly sale and stock report.
• Assist, guide and giving support to platform customer for any enquiries.
• Responsible for goods return checking, ensure quantity and quality of goods return.
• Act as a middle man, assist and giving support within internal team, various department and platform.
• Responsible for any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/ Degree in any field.
2. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Required skill: Microsoft Office, Excel.
4. Preferable if candidate has high interest on E-commerce platform.
5. High adaption ability to fast moving environment.
6. Good in attitude, willing to learn.
