About The Job

  • Handle customer enquiry in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication between top sales and key account dealers with the company.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
  • Liaise with finance department and dealers to ensure the payment is complete.
  • Follow up with logistics and warehouse departments to resolve product delivery enquiry from dealers.
  • Resolve complains of dealers and provide adequate resolutions.
  • Undertake any tasks as assigned by manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • 2-3 years of working experience of Telemarketing, call center or customer service.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point.
  • Possess good communication skills, proactive and detail oriented.
  • Confident in communicating via phone.
  • Preferable can start work immediately.
