Job Description
Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to scale the sales team. We are currently seeking an onboarding specialist to join our team!
You will be reporting to the HOD Sales, tasked with training and educating new clients on how to use our platform while ensuring constant high usage of the platform.
Additional roles include:
- Provide detailed platform walkthroughs and assist many new customers with implementation
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
- Educate customers on OL’s capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
- Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in our CRM and communicate to key OL stakeholders
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Measure and analyze client usage statistics and strategize on how to ensure high client renewal and retention rate.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in training related fields;
- Enjoys high-level problem solving to understand client needs and suggest effective solutions and workarounds;
- Enjoys communication and are always finding ways to curate persuasive and positive messages;
- Working with and contributing within a team but capable of self-management of day-to-day activity; and,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
