Job Description
Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to scale the sales team. We are currently seeking a Junior Field Sales Representative to join our team!
The Junior Field Sales Representatives Role is to help grow the Openlearning client base. You will be reporting to the HOD sales and are required to HUNT and look for new clients to add to our ever-growing client base.
Primary Responsibilities
- To consistently source for new leads and develop strategies to penetrate the market.
- To forecast and meet yearly revenue and quarterly targets.
- To ensure short sale cycles while ensuring the client lifecycle is managed.
- To attend meetings and conduct system demonstrations virtual/live to clients.
- To regularly submit reports to HOD Sales and consistently update the internal CRM system.
Salary Range RM3,500 to RM4,500 excluding commissions & transportation claims.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 0-3 years (fresh grads encouraged to apply) sales experience (preferably SaaS sales experience or in the education industry), business development, or any related industry;
- Possess high-level analytical skills with an ability to understand client needs and suggest effective solutions and workarounds;
- Excellent written and verbal persuasive communication skills in English and Malay for presentation and proposal writing;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners; and,
- Experience in CRM and elearning software sales experience is a bonus!
