Due to strong growth, we're looking for a purpose-driven, go-getter, persuasive and empathetic sales manager to make a positive difference in the world with us! We are looking for an immediate hire who can start as early as June/early July 2019.


Goals You’ll Work Towards Achieving:
  • Managing the execution and integration of new partnerships; including preparing and managing contracts for new partners under the guidance of the Head of Sales, Malaysia;
  • Build and grow OpenLearning’s client-based to secure revenue on internal targets;
  • Collectively contribute towards team forecast by ensuring quarterly sales targets are achieved;
  • Generate new leads through cold calling activities while managing inbound campaigns to build healthy funnel of prospects/leads;
  • Meet and qualify prospects through first level presentations;
  • Research and analysis on trends and competitive landscape; 
  • Planning, preparing and delivering specific business development initiatives/campaigns for the acquisition of new business and extend relationships with existing partners; and,
  • Engaging with different target markets throughout the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales budget.

Job Requirements

Attributes And Experience We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (preferably SaaS sales experience or in the education industry), business development, or any related industry;
  • Possess high-level analytical skills with an ability to understand client needs and suggest effective solutions and workarounds;
  • Excellent written and verbal persuasive communication skills in English and Malay for presentation and proposal writing;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners; and,
  • Experience in CRM and elearning software sales experience is a bonus!
