Job Description

• Receive constant help, support and mentoring from our team;
• Gain firsthand insights into real day-to-day business and sales strategy;
• Generate new leads through cold calling activities while managing inbound campaigns to build a healthy funnel of prospects/leads;
• Ensure high-quality handover of qualified prospects according to qualification screening criteria; 
• Collectively contribute towards team forecasts by ensuring quarterly sales targets are achieved under the guidance of the Head of Sales, Malaysia.

Job Requirements

• Always on the go to try, fail and learn from new experiences (You live and breathe lifelong learning); 
• Taken and enjoyed learning about business or marketing subjects related to: sales strategy, market research, brand and communication, and market analysis;
• Participated in business competitions; 
• Worked, studied or traveled internationally; and, 
• Currently completing or completed a  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Mass Communications, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent (Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply—no matter what degree or diploma you are in! 😊)
   

• 0-2 years sales experience (preferably SaaS experience); 
• Enjoys high-level problem solving to understand client needs and suggest effective solutions and workarounds;
• Enjoys communicating with others and always finds ways to curate persuasive and positive messages;
• Works with and contributes within a team, but capable of self-management of day-to-day activity; and,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
