About The Job

Provide administrative support to the headhunting team.
Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Format candidate's resume for proposals and ongoing project hiring.
Improve client's and candidate's experience and process efficiency.
Ad hoc assignments will also be given.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): English
Good knowledge and skill in MS office, power point, etc.
Creative, self-confidence and able to work on own initiative.
Highly organized and able to work under minimum supervision and independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to socialize well among all level of people.
Must be self-motivated, enthusiasm, good in planning and fast learning.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all time.
Pleasant personalities and able to work as team player.
Good command of English.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
