Omniraise is a new marketing and fundraising agency working for some of the highest profile, blue-chip global NGOs in Thailand and across Asia. We specialize in event or face to face sales and marketing and telephone marketing. For almost 20 years, in countries across the world, face to face marketing or telephone marketing has been inspiring members of the public to generously donate on a regular, on-going basis to a variety of different charities and NGOs.

We are looking for a talented Recruitment professional to help recruit new talent for our new Hong Kong office. We are looking for someone from an agency or internal recruiter background who loves recruitment but is also keen to get exposure to more general HR.

Job description:

Assist in the recruitment (advertising, interviewing, and selection) of all staff
Update of all necessary HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure all changes in local labor laws and regulations are reflected
Manage staff on-boarding including formal induction program
Managing equipment and logistics for staff as required
Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment
Strong negotiation skills
Sense of urgency and optimism
Love of challenge
Target driven
Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision
Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English

Required Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma, with specialization in Human Resources
1 - 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in a recruitment agency environment highly desirable
