OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government /charity sector and specialising in face to face & phone marketing. We work across South East Asian and East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong). With more markets to come over the next 12 – 18 months. Due to our rapid growth in the last 2 years we need to expand our management team. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Malaysia team.

We are searching for an enthusiastic Finance Manager with a “CAN DO” attitude to oversee and organize all of our client’s activities. You will ensure that finances are running smoothly and performing successfully whilst overseeing on finance and account related. You will have a strong Logical, Analytical and Creativity mindset, Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and Highly Self-Motivated.

You will be inheriting a well-established team with goals to expand and grow the strategic directions of finance space over the next 12 months.

In this role you will be tasked to lead a team on investigate ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.

Key Duties:

Daily reporting.
Analyzing targets.
Meeting with department heads.
Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
Monitoring cash flow.
Liaising with accountant teams.
Providing insights on the financial health of the organisation.
Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
Keeping track of market trends.
Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors and solicitors

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Interest in data / numbers - we’re a very data driven industry so you need to be comfortable working with numbers and data
Consultative, warm, very straightforward and direct communication style
Attention to detail and solution focus approachAbility to multi-task
Experience in Xero Accounting Software and HR Easily program preferred
Team players
Work under pressure and limited time
Problem Solver
