Job Description
We specialize in event or face to face sales and marketing and telephone marketing. For almost 20 years, in countries across the world, face to face marketing or telephone marketing has been inspiring members of the public to generously donate on a regular, on-going basis to a variety of different charities and NGOs. Our operations span Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. We have big plans - so we offer chance for big impact and career growth.
- Be a superhero for NGO's that comes from Charity Sector, raising awareness for client's campaigns and programs.
- Inspire public to become monthly supporters for campaigns that company involved.
- Actively involved in tele-fundraising to acquire new supporters by promoting and market the client's product and services while retaining a long-term relationship with existing supporters.
- Other responsibilities requested and assigned by the immediate Manager, Director and Managing Director
- Call warm or existing prospects/donors to support causes we represent on an on-going regular basis
- Inspire and secure long-term monthly donors
- Obtain information of new/existing donors to ensure support is received by the organization
- Maintains quality service by establishing enforcing organization standards
- Competitive basic pay plus bonus

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM and above
- Immediate start
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Confident, energetic with can do attitude
- You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct consistent with organization values
