About the Role
Omnilytics is looking for energetic and highly-driven candidates to help us build one of the fastest-growing startups in SEA! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at Omnilytics, aiming to push the company to be the employer of choice as well as delivering amazing employee experience for its people. You achieve this through:

  • Being a champion in our company culture, and constantly be on the lookout for the new and exciting ways to strengthen the culture; 
  • Managing the full lifecycle of recruiting - sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, reference checking etc.;
  • Participating in the talent acquisition strategy including employer branding, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management;
  • Continuously growing and nurture a high-quality candidate pipeline in advance of needs through proactive market outreach and maintaining ongoing relationships;
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs;
  • Driving continuous improvements to our talent acquisition strategy to identify and deliver top talents;
  • Championing the company’s culture
  • Plan and manage employee happiness activities such as team offsites, team-bonding activities and festive celebrations;
  • Collect market intelligence on talent supply, competitor trends, etc. to ensure we remain competitive;
  • Being in charge of deploying the quarterly Employee Satisfaction Survey, producing reports and making recommendations to increase the Employee Satisfaction Score; and
  • Assist in other People-related tasks.

Job Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you possess the following traits:

Organised. As a recruiter, managing multiple roles at a time, you are able to plan and exercise conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. You are always on top of the progress of the projects you’re handling.

Self-starter. You are self-motivated, highly focused, and can work at a strategic level while also executing on a tactical level. 

Thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have no problem in managing multiple projects and resources concurrently with high attention to detail while being adaptive toward change.

Process-oriented: Passion for designing processes that scale.

Other Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong record in recruiting and closing roles
  • Experience in a technology startup is a bonus
