Job Description


About the Role
You will be championing the company's culture along with the day-to-day People Operations activities such as:

  • Oversee and carry-out elements across the employment lifecycle, from
    onboarding, retention to offboarding.
  • Participate in talent acquisition strategy from employer branding, candidate sourcing, managing inflow of applications and candidate screening.
  • Be responsible in administering and monitoring of compensation programme, performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
  • Be accountable for processing the monthly payroll cycles and all tasks related to statutory contributions.
  • Be responsible in processing training requests, managing HRDF levy usage and proactively lookout for potential training courses for employees.
  • Take part in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures
  • Manage MSC-related matters and foreign work visa processing.
  • Be responsible for operational tasks as well as maintaining employee records.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate company happiness events: birthdays, anniversaries, recognition and celebrations, team bonding activities and team offsites.
  • Keep the company well-fed by stocking our pantry with delicious and healthy
    variety or snacks and beverages, and handle other office management tasks.

Job Requirements

You'll be a good fit for this role if you possess the following traits:

  • Rigour. You have razor-sharp eyes and you understand that every single details matter. You are penchant in making sure things are properly.
  • Personable. You are personable and good at building trusting relationships with your team, business partners, employees as well as external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least bachelor degree in Human Resources or any other related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong track record in Employer Branding/Learning & Development/HR Operations and HRIS is a plus
